This website is operated by Houser. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products

We show our products as accurately as we can, but lens and frame colours can look slightly different on different screens. Houser sunglasses are one size and come with non-prescription lenses only.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes. "Valued at" prices show the typical retail price of comparable metal-frame polarised sunglasses sold in Australia, based on our own checks. They are not a previous selling price of ours. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout while the sale shown on the site is running. We may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown at checkout.

Orders

We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, or if we suspect a pricing error or fraud. If we cancel your order, you'll get a full refund.

Use

Never look directly at the sun, even while wearing sunglasses. Polarised lenses can make some phone, car and instrument screens look dark or patchy at certain angles.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
