Free tracked shipping Australia-wide

Every Houser order ships free with tracking to any address in Australia. We don't ship outside Australia at the moment.

Where your order ships from

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner overseas.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Busy periods, customs checks and weather can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a little while to show the first update.

Checking your address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, send us a message as soon as you can and we'll try to update it before your order ships.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for a while, or your parcel hasn't arrived after 14 business days, send us a message with your order number and we'll look into it.
